Pre-approved plans. CA HCD certified and Title 24 compliant. Standing seam metal roof, HardiePanel siding, quartz countertops, name-brand appliances — premium materials standard.

Engineered specifically for tight California lots, SB 1211 surface-parking infill, and SB 684/1123 small-lot subdivisions where each Block A becomes a for-sale starter home.
