Certifications & standards
Pre-approved at the state level.
Our units are inspected by the State of California during factory build — which means local jurisdictions can only inspect the site work, not the factory work. Major time savings versus stick-built.
The Clever Tiny Homes line ships nationwide as Park Model RVs (ANSI 119.5). Clever Builds modular ADUs are CA-only and HCD-certified.
