One contract. One project manager. One timeline. We coordinate factory and site so your project moves in parallel, not in sequence.

Free feasibility
Send us your property address, lot size, and what you're trying to build. Our team runs a desktop analysis: zoning eligibility, SB 1211 unit count (if multifamily), recommended Clever Elements or Clever Modular configuration, installed budget range, and timeline. We send back a PDF and offer a follow-up call.
Site visit and engagement
If you want to move forward, we (or our local install partner) walk the site to verify utilities, access for delivery, soils, and any site-specific constraints. We sign an engagement letter for design-and-permit.
Schematic design and entitlement strategy
Our in-house architecture team designs the site plan and confirms unit configuration. We map the permitting path with your local jurisdiction and prepare the application package.
Permit submittal
We submit the permit package. SB 1211 projects benefit from ministerial 60-day approval. Other project types follow your local jurisdiction's standard timeline.
Factory build
Once permits are issued and your contract is fully executed, your units enter production at our Ensenada factory. You track build progress through your dedicated customer portal — same system used by 300+ prior customers.
Site prep and foundations
While units are in the factory, our CA install partner pours foundations, runs underground utilities, and preps the site so install day is plug-and-play.
Crane install and final inspection
Units arrive on flatbed and install via crane in a single day per unit. Our team handles interior finish carpentry, final inspection coordination, and warranty registration. You take handoff.
One contract. One installed price.

This is the time-saver. Stick-built crews work in sequence — foundation, framing, MEP, finish — one after another. We split them in half.
